I first came to Paul a few years ago, riddled with panic attacks, uncomfortable in my own skin, and completely out of alignment. Paul pinpointed and helped me work through childhood traumas and triggers, some of which I didn’t even know I had. Paul does this in a way that makes me feel completely safe and supported, holding space expertly.
Although I never felt pushed to explore areas of my past that I was not comfortable exploring, Paul seemed to systematically uncover everything, healing bit by bit, session by session. I do feel like a changed person since I started working with him. I am more confident, I am triggered far less often, and I am finding a way to walk through this world with more ease, while also embracing my spiritual gifts (Paul is as connected/tapped in as they come).
Seven weeks ago, I injured my back. This injury has led to excruciating sciatic nerve pain. I had a session with Paul today to find and work through any emotional pain that might be associated with this injury. I did not go to him expecting physical healing. All I can say is that I limped into his office, but walked out pain free. I had not been able to stand completely pain free in weeks.
I stood there looking at him after our session in complete amazement. I know I still have a lot of work to do with my traditional doctors and physical therapists before I will be completely healed, but I was given this moment as a reminder of what feeling whole is like, and it has given me a renewed sense of hope in my continued journey to physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
Every session I’ve had with Paul has been some combination of insightful, healing, and awe inspiring.
